I came to the realization yesterday that I have been behaving pretty negatively. This is not limited to a bad day here or there, but general negativity surrounding work, life, and school. I want to just say oh, it must be the weather, but truthfully, its not. While I am not positive what is causing the negativity, I am positive it is something that I can change.
Everytime I start to talk about something negatively, I am working on finding a positive in it. If I have that negative thought, and I can end it with a positive, I am planning to turn myself back into the ever optomist that I know I am at my core.
I am already starting to see a difference between yesterday and today, and I have only been working on this task since around 9pm last night.

New Years Resolutions
With a new year comes goals. I decided not to put them down in writing immediately because I wanted to be able to come up with goals that are realistic and that I can accomplish. There needs to be some challenge of course of course, otherwise it isn't a goal.
Without any further ado!
1. Eat locally whenever possible, including putting up stuff from the garden and the farmers market for winter months
2. Be more active, 2 - 3 times a week outside, 1 - 2 times a week inside
3. Write daily, post at least weekly
4. Write more recipes
5. Save money and spend less
