After a fantastic trip to Maine for my step brothers wedding, I fell off the wagon. I stopped paying attention to what I was eating and how much and I stopped running and hiking. I am still under 200lbs, but I am not losing like I was. It is time to get back into motion.
Back to the fun run this week, a hike of some sort, and something else that is more than just a walk.
